Delivered and supported multiple SAP Rollouts for several Cargill
business units with numerous RICEF objects (workflow, reports, interfaces,

cutover activities for six different go lives. Had detailed discussion with
the business and senior leadership on resource allocation and deployments at
all sites. Ensured we had string coverage in sites that had high risk and
needed more attention. Worked with the project management team, process teams
and business teams on cutover planning, training, pre black out, post black
out procedures, hyper care and ongoing support. Worked with the legacy IT
teams on effectively seamless data, accurate data conversion and ultimately
retiring their systems gradually after SAP go live.

Proposals (RFPs), built efficiencies in contracts and reduced the IT
contracting expense by over $6M dollars.

Conducted process demos to explain the
current process and design to the new business units on Master Data,
Procurement & AP. Documented the GAPS, came up with solution (systematic
or manual process) and presented to the steering committee. Worked with BOA
consultants to define field mappings, rules for data transformation/loading
and developed reports to support the data validation by business users.
Worked with MDM team to bring the material master from various systems into
MDM with focus on rationalizing the Unit of measures, Classes &

Led
the implementation of purchasing module at two ABBOTT plants. Scope of
purchasing included indirect purchasing, direct purchasing, MRO, Third Party
procurement and Sub contracting. Worked with the business in documenting
their change requests and in prioritizing them. Worked with the solution
center to develop custom reports, transactions, data conversion and
interfaces (SAP and Maximo) to meet the new business requirement. Worked with
the security team to implement the role based security and trained the users
in the new process and transactions. Worked with the business during
their go-live by supporting their operations and fixing their issues.
Part
of the SRM 5.0 implementation team for the biotech plant in ABBOTT. Conducted
workshops, SRM Overview sessions to demonstrate the features/functionality of
SRM to key business users to get their requirements. Participated in meetings

logic to prevent the creation of multiple deliveries for a STO. Designed
interfaces with legacy systems to create STO’s in SAP and to extract STO information
to them.

the Batch management process and setup the Batch Search strategy. Designed
